Create a little ceramic house made for dark winter evenings.

In this 2.5-hour handbuilding workshop, Alyona will guide you through making your own candle house from clay. You’ll build the walls, shape the roof, and add windows, doors, chimneys, or any other small details that make your house feel unique.

Your piece can be simple and minimal, wonky and playful, inspired by an old townhouse, a tiny winter cottage, or something completely imaginary. Once the structure is finished, you’ll have time to decorate it using ceramic pigments and add your own colors, patterns, and details.

After firing, you can place a small candle or LED light inside and let the light shine through the windows, turning your house into a cozy decoration for the winter season.

All materials are included, and your finished piece will be ready to pick up in 3–4 weeks.

This workshop is suitable for complete beginners and no previous ceramics experience is needed. You’ll be guided through the whole process while still having plenty of freedom to make the house your own.
