Take some time to prepare for the festive season and create something special for your Christmas table – a handmade ceramic serving platter, shaped and decorated by you.

In this 2.5-hour handbuilding class, Alyona will guide you through the process of making a platter from clay – whether you imagine something long and elegant, round and rustic, softly organic, or full of festive texture and detail. You’ll learn simple techniques for shaping, smoothing, and personalizing your piece.

Once your platter is formed, you'll have time to decorate it using ceramic pigments. You can keep it subtle and wintery, add festive patterns and illustrations, or go bold with color. Think stars, bows, branches, berries, winter motifs, or something completely your own.

All materials are included, and your finished piece will be fired and ready to pick up in 3–4 weeks.
